About Maria
Hi! I’m Maria, a first-year BS Psychology student with a strong academic background in Humanities and Social Sciences. I have experience in research, writing, presentations, and working with others through various academic and student projects. I’m patient, approachable, and willing to adjust to different learning styles. My teaching approach focuses on making lessons clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I adjust my teaching style depending on the student’s learning pace, strengths, and areas for improvement. A typical lesson begins with a short review, followed by an explanation of the topic using simple examples and real-life situations, then practice activities and a recap. I aim to create a comfortable environment where students can ask questions without hesitation. I am currently taking BS Psychology and offer part-time tutoring for senior high school and college students, particularly in Psychology, Humanities, Social Sciences, and related subjects.
