About Walter
I am a Guitar tutor with more than 7 years of experience teaching college students. My approach is interactive, creative, and student-centered. I aim to make learning Guitar fun, engaging, and productive. I teach chords, scales, music theory, improvisation, and songwriting. I encourage students to compose music, perform, and explore their own style. I also use play-along exercises, interactive methods, and modern digital tools to make lessons dynamic.
I personalize lessons according to each student’s pace and goals. I focus on building technical skills, confidence, discipline, and creativity. Seeing students progress, perform, and enjoy music is my greatest reward. My goal is to make every lesson inspiring, practical, and a step toward mastering the Guitar.

My guitar teaching style combines creativity, critical thinking, and mentorship. I encourage students to explore music, improvise, and compose original pieces. This approach develops technical ability, musical understanding, and personal expression, allowing students to discover their unique musical identity.
I also stress accountability. Students set goals, follow structured practice routines, and monitor their progress. This helps them stay disciplined, motivated, and confident in their learning journey.
In addition to guitar, I teach music theory, rhythm, ear training, and songwriting. Lessons are interactive, engaging, and personalized to each student’s learning style. My aim is to inspire students to enjoy learning music while becoming confident, skilled, and creative musicians.
