About Kalpana
I am an experienced Architecture tutor with 16 years of teaching experience, guiding students from school level to college. Over the years, I have successfully taught around 200 to 250 students, helping them improve their design skills and achieve academic success.
My teaching philosophy is based on clear understanding, creativity, and practical learning. I believe architecture is not just about drawings, but about thinking, planning, and solving real world problems. I focus on helping students understand concepts step by step and apply them in their designs.
I teach key subjects such as architectural design, building construction, structural basics, architectural drawing, urban planning, and sustainable design. I also help students learn tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to build strong practical skills.
I am patient, supportive, and flexible in my teaching style. I guide students through assignments, design projects, and exam preparation with regular feedback and improvement strategies. I encourage students to think creatively and develop their own unique ideas.
Many of my students have improved their grades, completed strong design portfolios, and gained confidence in their work. My goal is to make architecture learning simple, practical, and inspiring for every student.

My teaching approach for Architecture focuses on developing both creativity and technical understanding. I guide students step by step, starting with basic design principles and moving towards advanced architectural concepts. I make sure students understand how ideas turn into real structures.
I cover important subjects like architectural design, building construction, structural basics, architectural drawing, urban planning, landscape design, and sustainable architecture. I also include software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to help students build practical skills.
I use real life examples and case studies to explain how buildings are designed and constructed. This helps students connect theory with real world projects. I encourage students to think critically and develop their own design ideas.
Collaboration is an important part of my teaching. I work closely with students, discuss their ideas, and guide them in improving their designs. I also promote teamwork when needed, just like in real architectural practice.
I maintain accountability by setting clear goals, reviewing progress, and giving regular feedback. I am patient and support students at every stage of learning, especially when they face challenges.
My aim is to help students become confident in both design thinking and technical skills, while preparing them for exams, assignments, and future careers in architecture.
