About Sophie
I am a piano instructor with over 9 years of experience teaching in-person and online. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance with a pedagogy focus. Lessons emphasise sight-reading fluency, score analysis, and interpretation of complex repertoire. I personalise instruction to each student’s strengths and goals. Music history, theory, and period performance practices are incorporated throughout. Finger exercises strengthen technique while supporting expressive artistry.
