About Karim
I am a 25-year-old Masters graduate from the University of Manchester with 2000+ hours of tutoring experience and an excellent track record from other platforms. I am passionate about teaching and pride myself on being friendly, approachable and patient.
I always aim to make lessons easy to follow using a visual, problem-solving approach that builds genuine understanding rather than just memorising answers.
Beyond the taught subjects, I can also help with personal statements, coding and mathematical challenges and olympiads.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy building drones, playing chess, going mountain biking and playing badminton - so if any of those come up in conversation, we will get along just fine!

Lessons are 1 hour long and tailored to each individual student. I have a commendable track record of improving grades, with many students achieving A* and above. I myself achieved A* and A grades at GCSE and A-level in Maths, Further Maths and Physics, so I know exactly what examiners are looking for.
My lessons are aimed at students from KS3 through to A-level and are structured around the specific exam board and syllabus relevant to each student.
I cover all content in a clear and concise way, exploring multiple approaches to solving problems to ensure every concept is fully understood before moving on. No question is ever left unanswered.

My hourly rate reflects my academic background, professional experience and the quality of preparation that goes into every session. All teaching materials, notes and practice resources are included at no extra cost, there are no hidden fees.
The first lesson is completely free (30 mins), giving you the chance to meet me, assess your current level and decide if we are the right fit before any commitment is made. Lessons are conducted online via video call, meaning there are no travel costs or classroom fees to worry about.
For students looking for more intensive support, I offer discounted block booking packages. A bundle of 5 hours is available for £215 (saving you £10), and a bundle of 10 hours for £400 (saving you £50) compared to the standard hourly rate.
These are ideal for exam preparation, holiday revision or students who want consistent, structured progress over time. Just get in touch and we can find the right plan for you.
