I want people to reach their potential of A level biology. It is a hard subject with a lot of barriers and I want to equip students to be able to move past those barriers and see that potential realised.

Lessons generally will be split 50/50 between revisiting key concepts/ideas/language around a given part of the AQA spec, and AQA past exam questions relating to that topic. The idea is not to fully reteach (unless needed) but to reframe what you hopefully have already learnt in school/college in a way that will make it more likely for you to gain marks.
