About Juan
I'm a concert pianist and experienced tutor, recipient of numerous international prizes. I studied as an ABRSM scholar with the Head of Keyboard of the Royal Northern College of Music. I have experience in teaching from a beginner level, teaching the basics of piano playing, to an advanced level, preparing the student for competitions, auditions or concerts.

Depending on the level of the student, I have several teaching methods and I focus on different things. -In a beginner level I start with the basics of the piano technique and music understanding. -In an intermediate level I would focus on advanced technique and correct physical approach towards the piano, to build a healthy, solid and powerful technique and sound. -Also on a higher level I work on deep musical understanding of the repertoire and of each composer, inspired by having in the past lessons with more than 20 professors, among the best in Europe, Asia and USA.

If you want learn the piano truth, you must give class with Juan. He helped me to enter in a school of music, to win competitions and more. He is a master of piano techniques and the best possibility to learn the classic and sentimental music.
If i want to learn, juan will be always my first option. Would always recommend him!I received classes from him at the beginning of summer last year in Spain. He takes his job very seriously, and I progressed very notably under his wing.

I didn't meet Juan via superprof, but because of a recomendation from my previous teacher. He is not only a great pianist but a great teacher. He has helped me in all the aspects of my playing; technique, body lenguage, musical knowledge, sound, etc... Although he is a very strict teacher he is also a nice person, which will be with you in the lesson until you manage to work out what he wants, no matter if he has to stay more time. He is already an accomplished teacher, I know a few students who have had success with him. Its also great to go listen to his concerts!
Juan is a part from a great person, a wonderful teacher. Thanks to him a got into RNCM and won some competitions in the UK as well as in Spain. He knows exactly what is good for you and he will work on your technique in the most musical and healthy way possible. His lessons are full of energy and will motivated you to practice and get better.
I have received piano lessons from Juan since I was a beginner and for many years, and I can assure he is not only the highest-level piano teacher I’ve come across, but also the teacher with the best teaching skills and definetly most patience. Very recomendable!
