It's always an amazing experience. A sense of achievement after each lesson.
Nadia is encouraging & 'grounded'.I appreciated how immersive the experience was from the journaling prompts, to the meditation mantras, to the scents used in the room, to the moments of healing touch.
I have found the mindfulness circles deeply nourishing. Nadia manages to create a space where you feel held and safe. I can highly recommend this experience. It feels comforting, comfortable and welcoming.
Nadia’s brings depth and wisdom to her practice. In both group and individual sessions she holds space with care, compassion and warmth. I always feel calm, nourished and present after a session with her.
