About Shubha
I am a lifelong Yoga practitioner committed to learning and practicing. I am interested in sharing the benefits of Yoga using breath, movement, sound, and meditation to help deepen students' practice. I would love to work in one-on-one or group settings to support the students in their Yoga journey.
Experience:
Conducting group and one on one sessions at my home studio for the past 10 years
Conducting Chair Yoga sessions for seniors
Conducted workshops and talks focused on breath and movement, Pranayama, Meditation in movement, Neck and upper back relief, Yoga for Better sleep, Improving balance, etc...
