About Lindsay
Lindsay offers Reiki, Restorative Yoga with Reiki, and Trauma-Informed Yoga sessions. She is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and holds her Reiki Levels 1 and 2 Certifications. She has also completed two trainings in Trauma-Informed Yoga. Lindsay's intention is to hold space for you to reconnect to your mind, body, and spirit, meet your emotions with compassion, and utilize nature's seasonal and lunar cycles as a resource for growth.
Her Reiki sessions work to enhance your self-healing as she channels life-force energy from the environment, through her palms and into your body. Her yoga sessions encourage you maintain a mindful awareness of your physical sensations so that we can customize your practice to your unique body. Reiki and Yoga sessions may or may not involve hands-on touch and we can discuss which option would feel the most useful to you.
