About Bernadette
I have been teaching mind/body practices for close to 30 years. I was a ballet dancer that really struggled with body and confidence issues. I think these early experiences have blessed me with much compassion. I am a certified personal trainer, Master Pilates teacher, Yoga 200 hour certification, meditation and wellness lifestyle coach.
I love teaching the tool to empower others to be the best they can be. I help people see themselves as happy, healthy, and successful!

I purchased a B-Bounder over a year ago and it has been a lifesaver for me. I tore my meniscus and was told not to run again. This gave me the ability to get a great workout in right in the comfort of my home. The videos that have been posted are a great help and Bernadette always responds to questions or concerns.
I have been taking classes at Just b moved studio for over a year now. Prior to this, I hadn't exercised in about a decade. I love that I can try different classes to see what works for me. Bernadette is good at keeping me engaged during my entire workout. She corrects my movements when I'm not doing something incorrectly. I love the community we have established at Just b moved. It more than just a gym, it's a part of who I am now!
The way I’ve been treated. It’s like a little community where everyone cares about you. You are encouraged, missed and guided through your quest to be a better you. They care! I’m not treated like just a number. The personal touch is what i love the best.
