About Stephanie
I am a genuine and passionate health & wellness professional with my guests needs in mind first. I have been doing yoga for over 15 years, certified for 4 years. I have been practicing nutrition for 10 years, helping family and friends to achieve their goals. Your health and fitness needs are my number one priority. We are here to learn and grown together.
