Experienced tutor in Yoga, Kelly offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

I received training from Kelly when I really needed to get my mom-body back into gear. She provided me with such care and attention throughout the whole process. She has guided me back to a positive relationship with food and my body. To love my body for the amazing things it can do and enjoy the process. Though she has tough workouts that will make you sweat and ache the next day - she is the full package and definitely worth it!

Kelly knows what she is talking about. She tells you right away you need to put in the work to see results. But once you commit she will work with and encourage you every step of the way to your goals.
