Kayla did really great accommodating the movements with my capabilities and needs. I'm training for a power lifting competition and a marathon in the coming months.
When it comes to building my stabilizer/core muscles her power flow classes are Top Notch! When I need to slow it down and have an active rest day to hit my sore muscles her Vinyasa Flow is the best in the area! High recommendations for her :)Kayla’s gentle yoga has helped me physically and spiritually. My body feels lighter from movement and the breathe she cues.
