About Kareena
Offering a fun alternative to fitness. Belly dance is an ancient art that tranverses much of the world from North Africa to south western China. So many different techniques and styles offering endless enjoyment. Our classes focus on helping you to develop your own style. STUDENT REVIEW
" Kareena has a very gentle approach leaving no oneintimidated, and has classes for everyone- some being intense, while others being relaxing. The age range Kareena targets is remarkable, as I have seen both elderly students and very young students.I recommend Kareena to everyone looking for a great class with a phenomenal instructor.."
