Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, with 25 years experience. Lessons are an hour and a half and are personalized for each individual. Website is creativeyogasolutions.com. Wichita resident for over 40 years.
Registered Yoga Teacher at the Experienced 500HR Level.
I love connecting with people an helping them to connect with themselves, to develop their inner guidance system.
Previously was a personal trainer for 20 years and competed in bodybuilding. I wanted to study something which would take me into my older years, and to shareby teaching.

I listen and assess the student’s needs and goals, and design a plan to help each one to achieve what is important to them. I also give them a plan to practice at home for maximum progress. My specialty is teaching poses and meditation to help deal with our chaotic and often upsetting world, to achieve more joy and compassion in each life.
All ages, all sizes, people with anxiety, sleeping disorders, arthritis patients, all kinds of pain situations, depression, patients in chemotherapy, children, older people.
Make sure you feel comfortable and safe with them. They should be willing to answe your questions. Ask about credentials.
