About Ashraya
I have been a professional tutor for 10 years. I have experience working with all age groups, students with learning disabilities, and all courses. Many students are referred to me by understaffed teachers with the schools covering tutoring costs. Majority of my students reach out to me again and again when they encounter difficult subjects in school.

Before starting lessons I like to jot down learning goals from my students/their parents. A typical session with me will include a quick review of our previous session, learning new concepts (and practicing concepts the student is struggling with), all while teaching important study skills (like organized note taking). My strengths lie in my patience, clear communication, and ability to see eye to eye with my students.
