About Kayan
Born in Brazil and raised in Miami, I am a trilingual educator passionate about guiding others toward learning, wellness, and self-discovery. With fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, I’ve spent more than four years as a cultural tour guide in Little Havana, sharing stories, history, and connection with people from around the world. I am also a licensed Realtor and proud honors graduate of Miami Dade College, with a lifelong foundation in athletics and mindful body training.
As both a tutor and wellness guide, I integrate academic support with nutrition awareness, yoga, and movement practices. My athletic background includes Spartan Race training and co-coaching CrossFit sessions, and my roots run deep in holistic healing — lessons passed on from my grandmother, a Shaman in Brazil. From her, I learned the value of breath, intuition, and caring for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
What makes my approach unique is the environment I create — one that is encouraging, grounded, and culturally rich. I believe learning should feel empowering, movement should feel joyful, and wellness should feel personal. My intention is to support each student in growing not just in their skills, but in their confidence, curiosity, and sense of self.
If you’re ready to learn, grow, and nourish your well-being from the inside out, I would be honored to guide you.
