About Liz
I work with athletes to build their menta toughness. When it comes to softball it is more mental than physical. I help athletes learn to deal with failure, pressure, confidence, self-talk and much more!
I started coaching softball 10 years ago.
Played from age 8-25
starting catcher at D1 Lehigh University from 2009-2013 winning 2 championships. Personally breaking records and winning numerous awards.
2013-2016 played professionall for Neunkirchen Nightmares in Germany. I also coached the pitchers and younger teams
2014 while away from the Nightmares I was the assistant coach for Rhodes College in TN
2018 I traveled through Germany putting on clinics for 10 different teams
2019 I was the head coach for the Freising Grizzlies a pro team in Germany
Additionally, I have coached players 1on1 for hitting, catching and mindset.
Mindset training is the key to softball!

We chat on the phone to make sure we are a good fit. Then we get right to work.
Typically I work with athletes about 10 weeks and then they have the skills to be Their own coaches after that!
