About David
Drum and piano lessons that focus on fundamentals such as rudiments and technique that are rooted in student-centered learning. Students have fun learning to read and play music by engaging in musical form and composition. David has a masters in education from Touro College and is an alumnus of The Collective School of Music in NYC.
David likes to get to know the student’s style of learning and then creates a curriculum tailored to that. That makes it easier for students to reach their musical goals.

I like to get to know the student’s style of learning and create a curriculum tailored to that. It usually takes a few lessons to get to know how my student learns. Depending on my teaching schedule I might leave extra time for the first few lessons to ease the transition.
