About Minyi
I am a pianist at The Juilliard School and I am excited to teach new students. All ages and all levels are welcomed!
I find teaching one of the most rewarding things to do in the music world. It is a wonderful experience for the teacher to be able to work with students and help them become better pianists.

Depending on the age and the level of playing, my method varies. Each student responds differently to different methods, so the first few lessons are always aimed to finding the most effective way possible to work together.

Ms. Zhang is an excellent and inspiring piano teacher. My son has been taking lessons with her for a few months and has improved not only in his playing but also in his love for music. She is kind, encouraging, knowledgeable, and most importantly, supportive of all her students. I would highly recommend Ms. Zhang to anyone who is looking for an effective and reasonably-priced piano teacher who knows how to give both in-person and remote lessons.
Thank you, Minyi! My daughter likes your lessons very much, and she thinks you are very funny! She really likes the piano and we are all so happy with her improvements.
Minyi is an excellent piano teacher. My son has been studying with her for the past year and he improved tremendously!
