Working with teacher Cathy has been the best experience! As an adult learner I was nervous about starting lessons - and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Cathy has made the whole experience so positive and enjoyable. She is so warm, welcoming, and supportive, and an incredible teacher. I look forward to our lessons each week and I feel like I've learned more than I ever have and have found a newfound love for music. Her teaching style is patient, encouraging and tailored to my pace, which helped me gain confidence and some serious progress. Every lesson inspires me to learn more. I can't recommend Cathy highly enough!

Piano lessons are structured very differently from others... kids learn music from all aspects- techniques, details, learning by listening and feeling , and Ms Cathy teaches them improvisation techniques which I think is a skill that you will not get from conventional piano teachers. I can see Ms Cathy truly cares for her students and teaches them with a personal touch. I give Ms Cathy a 5 star!!!

After deciding to pick piano back up, I came across Cathy's website. Cathy is not only very talented and informative as an instructor but she has such a fantastic soul and a big heart. I think it is essential to have an instructor who not only can teach you how to play but can support and encourage you along the way. Cathy is an amazing teacher. She involves the parent too so we can help guide practice at home. She’s very flexible and has switched to online lessons during this pandemic. We are so grateful to continue this lesson.
