About Rodney
It’s not an exaggeration to say I was born to perform! Dance was my first love and it has sustained me throughout my life in more ways then you could possibly imagine.fortunately had an amazing international dance career in Australia , West End and USA. I have experienced over and over the power of going deep into the body to find wisdom, strength, and spiritual connection. I have dedicated my career to guiding others to find empowerment, freedom and a truer connection to their best selves through mind/body movement and dance. Over the years I have created numerous dance fitness programs, all aimed at one thing; challenging my students to break through whatever is holding them back from really loving themselves. It’s about going slow enough to really feel what’s happening inside and letting go of all judgment and competition. When you do that it unleashes this wonderful sense of freedom and PLAY!

In my classes there’s always a sense of discovery, we’re all going at our own pace and learning together, including me. Every time I walk in the room, I have an idea of what I want to offer that day, but the spirit of the group and the energy in the room will take us where we need to go. It’s exhilarating! Because I have such a strong foundation in my craft and skills, I am confident enough to go with the flow and make every class unique and wonderfully fulfilling for both my students and me.

I first would like to know a little about them and why they chose me. What it is there looking for and what their goals may be?. I take all my clients back to basics and then it's all uphil from there! In all my yoga , dance, wellness and aerial yoga i use the same bereath and body awareness methods that I created.

He is so full of joy & life. I took his silks class (hammock) right after a bout of chemo and he was kind and encouraging. He engages everyone and fosters loving one’s self. He’s super with children, too. Taught a dance at granddaughter’s 9th birthday party. Then most of the girls joined his dance class for kids.
