The opportunity to influence an individuals life in a positive way. From my experience both working with other clients and myself, being able to help someone improve not just their physical health but also create a positive mental outlook on who they are when they look in the mirror after putting the hard work in to get to their goal will always be my greatest achievement no matter who I train!

After the verbal intake process, we conduct a complimentary consultation session where the first 30 minutes will be spent evaluating a clients overall health and fitness level while the remaining 30 minutes will be a mock session which is normally what the client will receive if proceeding to work with me on a regular basis.
