What I specialize in is Muscle Development, Weight Loss and Sports Performance. The training techniques I advise effectively initiates burning fat and building lean muscle.
Additional training program experience includes TRX, CrossFit, Boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Hi, my name is Fred. I started personal training while active duty in the United States Army.
I've worked with individuals who were looking to lose weight as well as build muscle.
I fell in love with fitness and decided to make it a career. I get complete enjoyment from helping people get into shape, reach their goals and achieve things they never thought possible.

My training program includes 60 full hour sessions, fitness assessment, nutrition guidance + diet plan, workout program and cardio instruction.
I provide personalized feedback to help you build better habits that stick in the long run.
I've been able to transform the bodies of over a dozen of people and help countless individuals get into shape. In regards to weight loss, I've helped an individual shave off 100 lbs in one year. Also guided a client towards gaining 20 lbs lean muscle and lowered body fat to 8%.
