Perfect! I was a bit skeptical about training with Josh initially. He has a small garage gym with basic equipment. But I have been getting GREAT 1:1 personal training and workouts that are structured and focused. Josh has a great personality and is ALWAYS very encouraging. When I told him about some pre existing injuries, he was able to work around those limitations and still push me to failure. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to increase their fitness levels
