About Shannon
My passion in life is helping others learn to not only reach their goals, but to make their change something that will become part of their day to day, for the rest of their lives! Whatever your goal is, lose weight, gain weight, have more energy, learn to meal prep- I will help you figure out your “why” and then help you move past the hurdles and obstacles that stop most people from having long lasting results. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over a decade and in that time I’ve honed my skills and want to be able to share them with as many people as I possibly can!
I’m a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and I’ve been practicing for over a decade, specializing in weight loss but have worked extensively on other types of client goals.

We will meet to discuss your goals. I will get some information regarding your health history, past attempts at attaining your goals, and get a baseline for your measurements and weight (if fitness related). After that we will construct a specialized program for you starting with simple tasks to help you progress towards your “small goals” which will eventually lead to your final “big goal”.
