About Dana
Certified Personal Trainer and wellness/healthy living coach with over 30 years of personal and professional experience. DanaFit addresses individual strengths and differences and strives to make getting stronger and healthier a fun, positive experience that lasts.
I enjoy watching my client's confidence grow as they see progress. I have been fortunate to work with a very diverse and amazing group of people. I am definitely a person who is on the move, so I am grateful that I am able to work in a physical job versus a stationary one at a desk.

I offer a free consultation to evaluate what the client's needs and desired results are. If they don't know what they are, we set some goals together. Then I put a game plan together that will work best for the client's lifestyle and schedule. I am always updating and adapting as the client's needs change over time.
