Participants receive an in-depth assessment and a customized fitness plan based on their abilities, expectations, and goals. Mike’s degree and specialization in Human Nutrition and Exercise Physiology enable him to understand and implement effective muscle toning, strengthening, and weight management strategies. His additional credentialing in the behavioral sciences equips him with techniques to re-pattern old habits of eating that are unhealthy and no longer serve the client's best interest. His skills as a life coach are diverse, insightful, and engaging.
