About Parker
I’ve been a personal trainer for over a decade. I have a degree in Exercise Science from Ball State University. I have worked with hundreds of clients over the years with successes in many different types of goals. My mind is open, my toolbox is full of variety, and I treat every client as an individual.
I think the best part of my job is helping people to empower themselves, yes I facilitate workouts and motivate the hell out of my clients, but in the end, it is THEIR hard work that gets them where they want to be. I love seeing the mindset shift and total lifestyle transformations that occur because it is seriously life-changing. I am lucky to be a part of that process.
I have a bachelors degree of science in exercise science from ball state university and I’m currently enrolled at USF pursuing my masters.

Typically I start with an evaluation or an assessment of where their body is at to start. I’m looking for muscle imbalance, range of motion, and I asked client about previous injuries. This whole process takes about 20 to 30 minutes and it gives me good information to plan for the future.
