About Octavia
I am a personal trainer who loves helping my clients achieve there health and fitness goals. I've been in this field for over 16+ years. I was a supervisor for one of the largest Heath and fitness gyms and then settled at a smaller gym that I was a pilates instructor and trainer for 14 years.
My passion is seeing how happy my clients are when they l get the results they came to me for. I work with all ages and also women who are pregnant and postpartum. Having 3 kids of my own while still training helps me understand the needs and help with the fitness level that is needed.
I live in Woodland Hills and have an amazing gym and if needed I will travel to you.
I have certifications from NCSF, ACE, WITS, Polestar Pilates and group fitness.
Whatever your fitness goals are, I can definitely get you there...

My rates are $85/ hour and can vary if you are training more then once a week. I also habe semi privates rates as well.
