About Jessi
Jessi James, America’s Fitness Motivator, trains people from all walks of life including Celebrities, changing lives and motivating a new generation of VIP’s (Vibrant Instruments of Power). Jessi’s been recognized for setting the example of how adopting a consistent healthy mindset, diet and active lifestyle completely transforms an individuals’ life mentally, physically and spiritually. Jessi overcame childhood obesity, teen eating disorders, depression and physical limitations, to create the committed balanced life she leads today.

Her JesBeFit Method and JesBeFit VIP 6-week Lifestyle Makeover programs training style incorporates various techniques including suspension training, calisthenics, strength training with free weights, yoga, high intense interval training and professional nutrition. Her high-energetic, colorful personality radiates throughout her programming, encouraging her clients to maintain a healthy lifestyle beyond just losing weight.
