About Waleed
Hi my name is Waleed bailey . I am young with over 60 years of experience with fitness, health and nutrition. My programs tend to see results with in the first few weeks with clients, catering to their goals through training their weakest points of interest.
Got started by being too train a family member and someone saw this and gave me a job and I went from there.
3 years of school for fitness and nutrition.

First are assessments to see where are at, a strength process to see how strong you are, design an eating base structure to begin.
I've worked with all types of clients, young, old, athletes to pregnant women to young obese children
Be very careful, all lots of questions you have in your head and only if you feel comfortable that teacher can deliver the correct service for you.
An 20 year old has a really curved back and over weight from scoliosis, he and I talked and stretched and worked out lightly for months, well by 15 months later he had lost 23 pounds toned up ,straighten out his spine to a point where he wasn't bent over slouching over and he got rid of the belly issue he had, he was sheltered and had no girlfriend. By the time we were done he told me he met a girlfriend soon to be his fiance and he and I are still friends till this very day ,years later!
