About Angie
Hi, I'm Angie. I focus my training aspects on functional movement, strength, and mobility, meaning that while we are working to gain strength, we are also working to move better in our day to day lives.
We all have the goal of getting stronger, thinner, leaner, etc. but now we can do that and be able to play on the floor with our kids, make light work of carrying in the groceries, and bounce back from minor injuries. Why not have it all!?!?!
