Polly is absolutely wonderful! I first started working with her when I injured my knee while training for a marathon. She knew exactly what I needed to do to rehab my knee and I was able to get back on track and actually run the marathon with a great finish!! She then helped me through a hip injury and now I am finally strong enough that I run without any major pains!!
