Corey is very knowledgeable. He designs a program tailored to the individual based on their current fitness level to get them to their desired goals. He takes the time to educate clients on proper techniques to maximize effectiveness and avoid injuries. He also stresses that diet is a significant part of fitness because “you cannot out-train a poor diet.”
I have hired many trainers from New England to Virginia. Corey has been my all time favorite trainer! If I still lived in the same are I would still be training with him!
