About Tim
For the past decade working as a coach there is nothing more important that ive learned is the law of individualism. Every plan that I make for any client is one of a kind. I understand the necessity of having something built just for yourself, what may work for one person may not work for you and vice versa. I take the time and dedicate myself to each and every client to make sure they see optimal results.
I am currently working entirely remote with clients which allows for greater reach and interaction.
I'm a master certified trainer with ISSA, specializing in powerlifting, sports nutrition, bodybuilding, DNA-based coaching, weightloss and weight management and strength and conditioning.
I have additional certificates through Precision Nutrtion which is one of the highest rated nutritional certifications world wide.
Getting to share what I know with people is always fun. I've always had a passion for teaching and for fitness. Being a coach brings both together for me!

I requested some basic nutritional advice and Tim went above and beyond expectations to make sure I understood what he was saying and broke it down for me.
There is nothing that I didn't like about working with Tim. Very attentive! I came to Tim to lose close to 100 lbs. at 43 years old that seemed impossible. here i am 9 months later, i have lost 115 lbs! He kept on me about my nutrition, and on days that I had felt very unmotivated it was very easy for him to get me back on pace. He showed me how to perform many different kinds of lifts with proper form and educated me 100% of the way. Stopping in and seeing him was one of the best things i've done for myself! I moved to Wisconsin just last week and he put me on a new online program and he still keeps me motivated!
