About Kylie
Been in the gym my whole life
Helping family and friends just as long, so making it a profession was a natural progression
I love what I do, empathize, and make it fun (or so I've been told ;D)

About the lesson

First 3 lessons are discounted to meet, chat, review needs, and capabilities
Then I train 1-3 x's/week, review nutrition, and outline cardio regimens
Keep track of progress throughout with measurements, not just weights...
Women & Men of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels, even seniors
Make sure anyone you train with is listening to your needs, not just training you as they would themselves, and that there focus is on you while in sessions.
Beltline initiative, providing outside options for training - be it biking, jogging, classes, etc.
