About Amber
Each routine is personalized to fit your body's needs and abilities, and this is determined after the initial movement & postural assessment. My routines are created using a corrective exercise approach, where we work on the body as a whole, to create balance throughout the body.
My reason for becoming a Personal Trainer has been to help others live a healthier lifestyle, while reducing/eliminating pain. I enjoy sharing the knowledge I've gained over the years, and hearing how I've not only helped them lose inches, but taught them how to reduce/eliminate pain on their own.

Since I train most of my clients in my home gym or their home, I like to meet in a public place first, usually a coffee shop, so we can get to know each other in a less personal environment. During this meeting we discuss any goals or concerns the client may have, and if we both feel we are a good fit we create a plan.
