About Erik
There's more to painting than learning to copy a photo. My art background is in portrait realism and abstraction. With my help, you can create work that explores more than just traditional techniques in oil and acrylic.

Art and education has been a big part of my career for the past 10 years. Whether it’s been as an artist, teacher, or through retail art materials, I’ve always enjoyed interacting with the vast creative community of Los Angeles. The student-teacher dynamic is mutually beneficial in supporting the creative pursuits.
I have a BFA in Drawing and Painting from Laguna College of Art + Design. Also, I have years of private teaching and art materials experience.
