I like to start with the level of expertise my students have and ask them to let me know the types of things they want to learn; where they want to go in the artistic travels; and what they like about watercolor. We complete one painting per session and each painting has one technique that we focus on to help gain mastery.

Patty teaches different watercolor techniques by selecting interesting and fun subjects to paint. She paints the subject prior to class so she can make sure students are able to be successful and reviews the techniques she used at the beginning of class.
She is very patient! And overall a great teacher!
