Hey Ron,

It has been a few weeks now since my coaching sessions ended and I just wanted to check in and let you know how much I enjoyed them.

I have told my family more than once that it was obvious from the first time I came to your studio to decide on the training that I would be working with a real professional. Now that the classes have ended I know my thoughts were spot on.

I'm not sure what it is about your style but I really think the main point is that you have a genuine care for people. Please don't ever lose that. I do believe it is what separates you from others. The fact that you work so hard to stay in touch with the talent that you have trained shows that your coaching really never ends. I do hope everyone appreciates that as much as I do.

Each time I left a session I had this feeling of encouragement and I was always looking forward to the next time. In fact, I look forward to being a part of the group and I know I can look to you for advice as I start my new business.

When I was sent to you by the agency for a demo, I never suspected that three months later, I would be recording spots from my own studio. Your classes gave me the confidence to go out and get it done. You teach with courtesy and patience and the classes were always the bright spot in my week.

Just wanted to send a little note your way to tell you how much I've enjoyed working with you, learning the basics of Voice Over recording. Hope you like my little story about it!

So, I waltz into Ron's studio several months ago, semi-reluctant husband in tow, to hear what he has to say about this crazy notion I have to go into the VO business.

I figure, this ought to be a piece of cake. After all, I've spent the last 40+ (okay, 50+) years talking non-stop. I talk all day at work, at home, on the soccer field ... Instructing, sharing, daring, cajoling, convincing, coercing and just plain talking! Well, you get the picture. I like to talk!

We leave Ron's studio that day, feeling convinced that there is a whole world out there needing VO talent. (there is!) My husband is fully on board now and I'm ready to go!

Problem. Reality check. This is a lot harder than I thought it would be. Ron actually expects me to sound professional! I thought I already did! (Nope) Without his expert coaching, I never could have done this! I am so proud of the work we have produced and excited to continue learning the production aspect of this business from him. Ron's patience, expertise and professionalism earn him a GOLD MEDAL in my book!
