About Josh
We provide health and wellness consultation. We have been consistently working towards a healthy lifestyle incorporating foods from the earth. It’s very simple but can sometimes be overwhelming to decide do you want to get chemicals and processed foods out of your life. The service we offer is a consultation service. We do not provide meal plans. Would you offer suggestions and we will help you learn how to eat right for you. This is not vegan Paleo or Quito. This is a lifestyle about moderation and protecting the one thing that We all have in common our bodies. We are all humans and we all share the earth. By the end of your consultations you shouldn’t need me anymore and you should be able to make healthy choices on your own.
I have been doing Jiu-Jitsu for over 14 years. jiu jitsu to requires a healthy lifestyle to maintain the amount of work hours that I put it. I have also had ever me and we cutting experience. Fighting from 135 pounds to 155 pounds. Weight cutting it requires intense preparation in order to mitigate the negative affects on the body. Eating foods from the earth is what helps you prepare for the rigorous activity. Along my journey I have helped many others start a healthy lifestyle.

With working with a new student. I am first going to ask them to write a food log for an entire week. This allows me to get a base point as to what you preferred to eat and what your choices are. In the meantime we can discuss why we are going to be eating the way we are going to be eating. If you don’t understand why then why would you even do it? We are going to discuss your goals with eating this way and how we can accomplish them.
