He is one of those trainers that is very athletic himself so it always makes you feel better when your trainer can do everything he demands of you. His programs are diverse so you don’t get bored & his prices are very affordable! I Highly recommend.

Walker knows his stuff! You need to run faster, jump higher, get stronger, or just bulk up? Walker will put in 100% effort into making you the best version of yourself possible, but you have to get on the grind also. The name We Grind Performance says it all. You wont be the only one putting in the work. Walker will be on that grind with you. I know he has for me!

Hey is a very straight up person he will find workouts that fit you and have a set program for every client and his workouts work as long as you put the work in
