About Sandra
Most people want happiness, abundance, and good health in their lives but fail to achieve it because of subconscious beliefs and programs that may be blocking their success. The meditation and energy healing technique that I teach has changed so many people's lives for the better in every aspect, including mine! It allows one to achieve a deep state of peace and clarity and empowers one to create the life they truly desire.
I love to witness the awesome positive life changes that people can experience after meditation and energy healing sessions. I love to see people creating the life they truly desire by doing this practice and the joy and happiness they emanate!
I studied Astaunga Yoga in Calcutta, India under Guru Shrii Shrii Anandamurti from 1975-1981. I taught this meditation and yoga practice in Far East Asia until 1995.
Trained in Shamanic Healing Practices with Deborah King from 2009 to 2011.
Trained in ThetaHealing®Meditation Technique in 2011. Certified ThetaHealing® Meditation Practitioner in 2011. Certified ThetaHealing® Instructor since 2017.

The first step is to congratulate them for taking the first step in making a difference in their life. I will give a short introduction to meditation, energy healing, its benefits, and of course the energy healing modality. I will include several handouts, visuals, with a power point to explain the science of meditation, brain waves, mantra, and the power of the subconscious mind. I will have a question and answer session to make sure they have an understanding of the technique.
