About Lauren
If you think about a wave, flowing towards the shore, and then back into the depths of the ocean, what do you see in your minds eye? You see the color of the water, you hear the waves crashing, and you might imagine how the water might feel. What I just described is called observing, and when you observe you simply notice what is. This is meditation. In my class, this is one of the things that you will learn to master: to simply observe, and to simply be one with your surroundings. Day to day life can be hectic with the constant buzz of traffic, crowds of people, but you can learn, with the ancient art of meditation, how to live peacefully through it all.
What I enjoy most about meditation is the healing properties it provides, and the wisdom you gain from practicing this ancient art. I hope to provide what meditation has provided for me to those who seek it out.
I learned from the best and received my meditation teaching certificate at Yogamu.
