hello LA peeps ,
let me introduce myself to you , i am your neighbor in west hollywood by the Grove .
your most welcome to have your training session in park labrea where we have open space with fountain and tree around which makes experience more adventurous.
i teach meditation, bollywood dance, public speaking, speech and modeling!

I have been a student of Vipashna,Isha foundation,Sri Sri and brahma Kumari...
also I have been trained in Adhishakti Theater which is located in Pondicherry (india)
i m from rishikesh (Uttarakhand ) the city itself the capital of yoga and meditation 🧘♀️

i have desined my meditation course as per the student prefrence ....
