About Shalini
Hi, everyone! I am a 2015 graduate from California Institute of Technology, one of the top technical institutions in the world. I have always excelled in math and science, and absolutely love teaching others! For the last 5 years, I have been working as a Mechanical Engineer at Microsoft. In Fall 2020, I will be pursuing an MBA at the Wharton School at UPenn.
Until then, I want to offer my services as a tutor to any middle school, high school, or college student. I promise you, I can make learning "boring" subjects like math and physics really fun to learn!!

I love teaching, and inspiring people's interest in math and science. I bring humor and a casual air to all one-on-one interactions I have, and believe that learning should be fun!
I am also training to be a yoga instructor, where we practice teaching mindfulness, peace, happiness, and motivation.

I will get to know them, their interests, their current math/science level, and the subjects they are struggling in. I will help target the issue and find examples to make it easy to grasp concepts.
Think about your favorite subject. Why is it your favorite? Was it a great teacher you had, or is it something inherent about the subject? Try to find a tutor that you get along well with, who can make learning fun.
