About Wallace
I love bringing out the best in all people and helping them work towards their goals.
I homeschooled three kids and my oldest was accepted to University of North Carolina School of the Arts. I was eclectic in my choices of curriculum for my kids . I followed the model of classical education after I read Susan Wise Baer's book ,(The Well-trained Mind) . I have read many many books on child development, learning and human potential. (Cradles of Eminence )was a fascinating book that I would recommend to everyone . I love seeing people reach their goals, I love seeing them connect dots and process through material and activities that they thought they would hate but end up enjoying. I also love re-learning material, I always learn new things as I teach others . It is a speed of light feeling to me to turn on the light bulbs of learning.
I have always loved to teach because I like re-learning all these subjects myself. Every time I teach I see things through new eyes.
I am a personal trainer/yoga instructor RYT 200 and a homeschool mother of three.

i find out their goals,curriculum used, and skill level. i then strategize a plan to help them get their desired outcome. i maintain flexibility throughout process and allow for changes in scope and sequence to tailor materials and resources to each individuals needs.
