About Leila
I believe that you learn the most not by memorizing, but by struggling with a difficult topic and approaching it from different angles until you come to understand it on your own terms. I am here to guide you in that process.
I have struggled in many classes myself, and find it so rewarding when I finally understand the material and excel. I want to share the strategies that worked for me and help other students excel in the same way I have been able to do.

Every student has an individualized style of learning, and I aim to find what works best for each student. I'll start by getting a gauge of where the student is in the subject, what they need the most help with, and trying to uncover what fundamental concepts they need support with. It's not about acing the next test, it's about having the subject matter click so that the student's confidence is boosted and the knowledge they gain from studying isn't fleeting.
